VIX Logistics's history began in 1971 when the Águia Branca Group initiated freight hauling operations. In 1982, the Group acquired Viação Capixaba, expanding its fleet of vehicles and boosting its sales. Next, it began offering leasing and logistics activities, mainly for the pulp segment.
In the 1990s, the acquisition of Autoport enabled the Group to offer automotive logistics services, later expanding into Argentina. In recent years, VIX Logistics has extended its operations into new markets: mining, special cargo, port handling and oil and gas.
